We’re Hiring: Associate Attorney – Litigation & Real Estate (Seattle, WA)
Lyon & Bogdanov PLLC is a fast-growing, elite boutique litigation and real-estate firm based in Seattle, handling high-stakes civil disputes that keep things interesting: real property litigation, breach of contract litigation, title insurance defense, and everything in between. We have a growing trade secrets misappropriation defense practice, representing individuals and companies in complex misappropriation disputes.
We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney who wants real responsibility, real courtroom experience, and real mentorship — not another year of doc review and discovery drafting.
What You’ll Do

Take ownership of cases: drafting pleadings, arguing motions, managing discovery, and interacting directly with clients

Handle real-property disputes (easements, quiet title, adverse possession, encroachments, HOA issues, etc.)

Support trade secret, confidentiality, and unfair competition litigation, including emergency motions, forensic protocols, and protective-order disputes

Support title-insurance defense and commercial litigation matters

Work closely with the managing partners — with real opportunities to grow your practice and skillset

Participate in mediations, depositions, and trial prep from day one

Help shape the future of a modern, entrepreneurial law firm
What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of litigation experience (civil litigation, real estate, insurance, or commercial work preferred)

Interested in learning the ins and outs of title insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and trade secrets
-
Strong writing, strategic thinking, and judgment
-
A self-starter who can work independently but collaborates well
-
Someone who likes solving complicated problems and can keep cool under pressure

Judicial clerkship or externship a plus
-
Active Washington Bar membership required

Competitive compensation: $120,000.00-145,000.00 depending on qualifications and experience

Billable hour target of 1600 hours, 50 of which can be pro bono (we actually mean this)
