Wendy Lyon is an experienced litigator and trial attorney with a focus on complex real estate and business disputes. Known for her direct, take-charge style and practical approach to litigation, Wendy represents title insurers and their insureds, property owners, lenders, utilities, developers, business owners, contractors, brokers and property managers in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, lien and easement issues, unlawful detainer actions, and quiet title litigation.
Wendy is valued by clients for her ability to distill complex problems into clear strategies and to advocate effectively in both negotiation and trial settings.
Before co-founding Lyon & Bogdanov, Wendy was a shareholder at Riddell Williams and later a partner at Fox Rothschild following the firms’ merger. Before graduating from U.C. Berkeley School of Law (J.D., Order of the Coif, 2003), Wendy was an extern with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where she gained valuable courtroom experience trying dozens of cases as a law student.
Outside of her practice, she is an accomplished cyclist, avid hiker, skier, international traveler, and mother.
