

Jon S. Bogdanov

Prior to co-founding Lyon & Bogdanov PLLC, Jon was a litigator at a premier AmLaw 100 firm. He focuses his practice on real estate, insurance law, and trade secret misappropriation litigation. He is well-versed in title insurance coverage, an area of law that often intersects with real estate litigation. Jon is also highly knowledgeable in matters involving allegations of breach of contract and claims of misappropriation of trade secrets. As a former judicial law clerk to Associate Chief Justice Charles W. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court, Jon frequently handles appeals, defending good results obtained in the trial courts and working to secure reversals or new trials whenever necessary.
